WHAT SETS US APART AS AN EMPLOYER

Team ibak is made up of architects, experts in technical building upgrades, material ecologists, energy management engineers and environmental engineering specialists. You can expect to work with colleagues from 10 nations aged from their early 20s to over 50. Working together, you will certify the buildings and development districts of our clients to German and international standards of sustainability.

We are enriched by the colourful cultural and professional backgrounds of our staff members – no matter their level of life experience, whether they have two or four legs and irrespective of their beliefs.

From analysis and measurement to consulting and strategy, newcomers and experienced staff members can apply themselves to the development and expansion of our business areas.

Headquarters

Our headquarters building, which has terraces overlooking the Bleichenfleet canal, is just two minutes from the Alster and the Rathausmarkt. It also benefits from direct connections to public transport.

The workplace

We practice what we preach – unser Büro ist entsprechend ausgestattet mit Stehtischen, Balance Boards, reichlich Grün (Biophilie), Terrassen, zirkadianer Beleuchtung, optimierter Raumakustik usw.

Sport

All employees with an Urban Sports membership will receive an additional monthly subsidy from us.

Internet

Our hybrid policy includes a monthly subsidy towards your internet costs.

TRAVEL COSTS

We pay you a monthly subsidy for getting to work – regardless of whether you come to the office by bicycle, on foot, by public transport or by car.
