Certifications
We audit according to all common systems. Which one suits your project depends on your marketing strategy, usage, and financing—not on the prestige of the seal.

It rarely provides a direct ROI. It provides access.
Municipalities require it for land acquisitions. Subsidy programs make it a prerequisite. Banks tie financing to it. And funds with Article 8 or 9 requirements often won't even consider a property without a certificate.
Whether a certificate increases rent depends on location and the market. But when it comes to securing access to capital and tenants, the math is clear.

The validity period indicates something about the process
Permanently valid
The certificate is permanently valid and documents the building quality achieved at the time of completion.
With re-certification
Regular re-certifications ensure that building quality is verified even during ongoing operations. The intervals are every two to three years.

From strategy to performance verification
As one of the few accredited WELL Performance Testing Organizations in Europe, we support WELL projects from strategy and certification through to performance verification—all from a single source. Measurements must be conducted by licensed performance testing providers; we hold this license and employ two WELL Performance Testing Agents. Without this testing, the certificate cannot be issued.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do we even need a certificate?
This depends on your marketing strategy, intended use, and financing. We will clarify these three points in a consultation before recommending a system.
How do you select the system?
Using a rule-based decision tree. Your answers regarding transaction partners, target tenants, and financing generate a recommendation complete with a roadmap. This process takes two to three business days.
Can you support multiple systems in parallel?
Yes. For projects involving international tenants and German financing, dual certification is not uncommon.
