A new build that will
still be affordable and rentable in ten years
We clarify early on which sustainability requirements your project truly needs and manage processes or certifications with that goal in mind.

Since 2010, we have been supporting project development, existing properties, expansions, and portfolios – from the initial decision to the final certificate.

Ten working days to a decision-making basis
The project check determines whether and how to proceed within three working days. If you decide to proceed, the strategy phase begins.
What you will have in hand afterwards
The cost-benefit analysis, including payback periods and certification options, are subsequent steps that build on this. We will tell you in advance what both will cost.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which certification system is right for us?
Whether you actually need one depends on your marketing strategy, planned usage, and financing. We clarify these three points in our decision tree before recommending a system.
Which certification would you recommend – Silver, Gold, or Platinum?
For new builds and renovations, Gold is the standard. Platinum is worthwhile for flagship projects and properties occupied by the corporations themselves.
What will this cost us in additional planning fees and construction services?
This can only be answered after the analysis. Before that, it is impossible to know what quality the property would achieve without the sustainability standards.
When should we involve you?
Ideally during design phase 2, before the planning contracts are signed. We then incorporate the requirements into the contracts as a specification document.
What happens after the project check?
You decide if and how to proceed. The strategy roadmap is designed so that you can also use it internally.
