Frequently Asked Questions
When is a feasibility study worthwhile?
When a major investment, repurposing, or transformation project is on the horizon, a feasibility study helps you compare development options and assess their technical and economic impacts before you commit.
When do I need a climate risk analysis?
Whether you are assessing climate-related risks for a specific site or preparing documentation for the EU Taxonomy, our analysis identifies relevant hazards and highlights where adaptation measures should be considered.
Which funding programs are available for my project?
This depends on the type of building, location, scope of measures, and financing model. We will examine the framework conditions of your project and identify suitable funding opportunities.
Which investments should we prioritize?
We start by assessing the condition of your properties, your goals, and your budget. Through profitability analyses, decarbonization scenarios, and other evaluations, we make your options comparable and provide a clear foundation for your decision-making.
How does the GRESB assessment work?
GRESB distinguishes between a score, a star rating, and a peer group comparison. The score evaluates sustainability performance with up to 100 points. The one-to-five-star rating is based on the position within the overall participant field of the respective assessment. The additional comparison with similar portfolios provides context for the result; it does not determine the score or the star rating.
