CIRCULAR ECONOMY

BUILDINGS AS SOURCES OF REUSABLE MATERIALS

The conservation of finite resources, the reduction of carbon emissions and the utilisation of existing properties as sources of raw materials call for a cradle-to-cradle (C2C) approach and the generation of a Building Resource Passport. Ideally, although not essentially, this can be combined with a BIM model.

There is a clearly defined process for determining the potential of your property. The process provides transparency as regards installed materials and connecting elements, harmful and hazardous substances, material origins and much more.

We can draw up documentation without recourse to apps or licences; we use the DGNB’s own tool, or Excel/BI analysis software where more detailed evidence is required.
