The CRREM method calculates and benchmarks the environmental footprint of a specific building during its operational phase, thereby determining (or ideally nullifying) its stranding risk.
Using tools we developed ourselves on the basis of the Carbon Risk Real Estate Monitor, we have carried out a series of stranding risk assessments for individual structural properties.
