Our EU taxonomy analyses highlight any discrepancies between the current situation and the EU framework at an early stage. In this way, we can provide project players with concrete improvement measures or offer direct assistance (narrowly defined for EU taxonomy or combined with established certification processes like LEED® and DGNB).
We also summarise the results for you in a brief report which can be used to support possible financing or sale plans. Experience has shown that such evidence is required in the course of a project.
For alignment purposes as outlined above, the DGNB offers a set of tables for DGNB-registered projects. Bear in mind that the review and preparation of content and evidence remains the responsibility of those involved in planning and construction. Verification is undertaken by the DGNB on completion of the property.
