As part of WELL certification in accordance with the specifications of the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI), the successful implementation of the objectives (features) must be verified by measurements and analyses.
Among other things, these include:
Drinking water quality | Microbes, heavy metals, suspended particles, etc.
Air quality | Solvents, fine dust, CO2 concentrations etc.
Thermal comfort | Radiant temperature + room temperature
Accreditation as a WELL Performance Testing Organization (WELL PTO) is required to carry out these tests. ibak was licensed as a WELL PTO in the 3rd quarter of 2019.
